Wellness & SPA house rules

1. By entering the wellness and spa area, our guests agree to be bound by the provisions of these regulations.
2. We kindly ask our guests to enter the SPA and wellness area wearing only hotel bathrobes and bath slippers.
3. Please respect the privacy of other guests and do not disturb them by being noisy.
4. The use of our services by our guests is at their own risk.
5. Opening hours:
Pools: 8:00-20:00
Sauna World: 8:00-20:00
SPA reception: 10:00-18:00
The spa is closed during other periods. Opening hours may be unilaterally changed by the hotel management in justified cases (storm, technical failure, etc.).
6. Guests under the age of 16 are only allowed in the SPA and fitness area with parental supervision.
7. The sauna area is only for guests over 16 years of age. The use of the units in the sauna world is at your own risk.
8. The sauna world is a swimsuit-free, quiet zone, only for guests over 16 years of age.
9. According to naturist principles, you can stay in the sauna world in a sheet or sauna textile, the indoor plunge pool can only be used with a bare body, the outdoor plunge pools can be used in swimsuits.
10. Children under 14 must be with parental supervision in the playroom.
11. Children aged 0-6 years and guests under the age of 16 who cannot swim may only use the swimming pools in the indoor and outdoor children's pools under parental supervision and responsibility. For small children, the use of waterproof swimming trunks and swimming trunks is compulsory.
12. Guests suffering from fever, infectious or skin diseases, with open wounds or injuries, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or other intoxicating medicine are not allowed to use the SPA and wellness facilities.
13. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Food and drinks are only allowed in the wellness bar and on the outdoor terraces.
14. Jumping, shouting, playing with balls, using rubber mats, diving goggles and bringing toys into the pools to avoid accidents are not allowed.
15. It is forbidden to bring live animals into the bathing area (except for guide dogs in the area around the outdoor pool).
16. Always shower before entering the pool.
17. We cannot be held responsible for any valuables left in the bathrooms and changing rooms, please leave your valuables in the hotel safe.
18. First aid is provided by qualified staff in the SPA and wellness area. In case of any accident, the SPA reception must be informed immediately. We are not able to accept any subsequent complaints from our guests in the event of an unreported accident.

With the Vinifera SPA and Wellness team, we ensure the health and safety of our guests by maintaining the water quality required by the relevant regulations.
